Gold and Silver Prices Continue Upward Climb in Pakistan
Gold prices in Pakistan rose again on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, with 24-karat gold per tola reaching Rs359,300 — an increase of Rs1,500.
The price for 10 grams of 24-karat gold also climbed by Rs1,114, closing at Rs308,041, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
The price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold rose to Rs282,381 after a Rs1,022 increase, reflecting growing demand and global market influence.

International gold markets also showed an upward trend, with the global rate rising by $13 to reach $3,366 per ounce.
Silver prices experienced a similar boost. In local markets, the rate for 24-karat silver per tola went up by Rs39, touching Rs4,010. The 10-gram silver price jumped to Rs3,437 after gaining Rs33.
Globally, silver gained $0.39, reaching $37.77 per ounce.
