The deadline for submitting forms with the first installment is 16 August. For the longer Hajj package, the initial payment is set at Rs500,000, while for the shorter package it is Rs550,000.

The ministry has confirmed that overseas Pakistanis are also eligible to apply through their close relatives in Pakistan. However, they must present a medical fitness certificate upon returning to the country.

The authorities urged prospective pilgrims to apply promptly to secure their place, noting that demand may increase closer to the deadline.
