International Surge Pushes Local Gold Rates Higher
Gold prices in Pakistan have bounced back sharply after a week of consistent decline, with a notable rise recorded on Sunday.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of gold per tola increased by Rs 1,500, reaching Rs 357,700. Meanwhile, the price of 10 grams climbed by Rs 1,286, pushing it to Rs 306,670.

The upward movement is not confined to the local market alone. In the international market, gold prices gained $15 per ounce, reaching $3,350.
Analysts suggest that global uncertainty and shifting investment trends have added pressure on gold rates worldwide, which is now being reflected in local markets.
