Mishal Khan Explains Why She Quit Showbiz
Pakistani model and actress Mishal Khan has revealed why she decided to walk away from the entertainment industry and pursue a new career path.
Mishal, who gained popularity with the hit drama Suno Chanda, became a familiar face on television through projects such as Khwaab Nagar Ki Shehzadi, Saya 2, Kacha Dhaga, Thora Sa Haq, Qissa Meherbano Ka and Pari Muna.
Her last appearance on screen was in ARY Digital’s 2023 drama Ehsan Faramosh. Since then, she has shifted her focus to hosting a finance-related programme on a news channel.

The actress recently shared her reasons for quitting acting on Instagram. In a post, she reflected on how meaningful life feels when it is built on hard work, education, and honesty, rather than taking shortcuts or deceiving others to earn money.
When followers asked her about her absence from acting, Mishal explained that she wanted more from life than showbiz could offer. She said she is now dedicating herself to studying finance, which she considers the most valuable aspect of her journey.
Mishal confirmed that she has left acting completely and is currently working as a finance coach, advisor, and anchor. She has also been guiding people on investment, business, and financial matters through social media, where many seek her expertise.
