Prosecution Submits Sana Yousaf Murder Charge Sheet
The prosecution has finalized its review of the police charge sheet in the murder case of TikTok creator Sana Yousaf and submitted it to the District and Sessions Court in Islamabad.
Officials confirmed that the trial is expected to begin after the court’s summer break. The charge sheet lists 31 witnesses, including members of Yousaf’s family, medical professionals, police personnel, and others involved in the investigation.
According to officials, the scrutiny process took more than a month, during which the prosecution carefully examined the police record before presenting it to the court. The document identifies Umar Hayat as the main accused in the case.
