Sponsorship hits record levels for 2025 Asia Cup

Sponsorship and advertising rates for the Asia Cup 2025 have surged to record highs, largely driven by the anticipation surrounding Pakistan’s meetings with India, Indian media reported on Monday.

The cost of a 10-second television commercial during a Pakistan-India clash has reportedly reached INR 1.6 million, while a co-presenting partnership is priced at INR 180 million.

Associate partnerships are being sold at INR 1.3 million, with overall packages valued at nearly INR 44.8 million.

Digital advertising has also seen a steep rise. Co-presenting and highlights partnerships are both being offered at INR 300 million, while co-powered packages are listed at INR 180 million.

Rights holders expect unprecedented global viewership, with broadcasters preparing for one of the most lucrative tournaments in the event’s history.

The Asia Cup is scheduled to begin on 9 September in the United Arab Emirates, with Pakistan and India placed in the same group.

The much-anticipated group stage clash between the rivals is set for 14 September, with the possibility of further encounters in the Super Four stage on 21 September, and potentially again in the final.
