SSGC suspends gas load management for Independence Day

Gas supply will remain uninterrupted until August 15. Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has announced that it will suspend its routine gas load management for the night between August 13 and 14, ensuring uninterrupted gas supply to its customers during Independence Day celebrations.

The company said the decision was made to enhance the spirit of the occasion and provide convenience to consumers. Gas supply will remain unaffected until midnight between August 14 and 15.
Move aimed at customer convenience
SSGC, which manages gas distribution in Sindh and Balochistan, typically implements load management during periods of high demand or supply constraints. This suspension, the company noted, is a temporary measure for the national holiday.
Extending congratulations to the public, SSGC described the decision as a gesture to help customers enjoy the festivities without disruption to household or commercial activities.
